As Realtors, the greatest compliment we can receive is a referral to a family member, friend, or acquaintance. This generous act confirms that we have done right by you and that you trust us to do the same for those you care about. We work tirelessly to provide the best customer service possible and to maintain the stellar reputation we have worked so hard to build.
So, how does one go about placing a referral? It's easy! Simply call us and provide the name and contact information of the person you know will benefit from our expertise. Or, feel free to distribute our business cards and information to your friends, but be sure to let us know so that we may properly thank you for your continued support and trust!
Have questions about the current state of our local real estate market? Then contact the Loudoun County Real Estate experts at Ask Gina & Company and let us start building the foundation to a lasting relationship!
You are right - there is no greater compliment. I just received a referral from a recent sale and it was a wonderful affirmation.
Gina, Outstanding. thanks for posting and asking for the referral. We're located in the Hampton roads area of Virginia, so please let us know if we can help any of your reloacting clients!

Gina,
There is nothing like referrals and it is quite a compliment when you get them as you know someone obviously thinks highly enough of you to do that.
Gina:
Great reminder for clients. However, it often seems if you do not stay in front of the clients they forget all about it. "Out of sight, out of mind" kind of thing.
I experience the same thing with our auction referrals from realtors. I may not hear anything out of a firm all week, but make a personal trip through their office and I'll come out with 5 or 6 properties they had been meaning to call me about!
Laura- congrats on the referral! It's such a great pat on the back when we receive them!
Mark - thank you and back at ya!
Adam-that is very true.
John - It's a great feeling when people think enough of you to take care of those special to them!
Justin-Yes, it is important to keep in touch...I love to know what my past clients are up to and am always there to help them!
