Condition

Price

We also know most of all is the price. Exposure and availability to show the home also counts. People have to view the home to buy it. The condition is important and decluttering, depersonalizing, cleaning, and staging do help.

But in the end- it all boils down to PRICE - especially right now.

price is definately the driving factor in this market, but condition of unit is right on price's heels!

When all else is equal, price is the difference, and adjustments to price will compensate for deficiencies in other areas...
