Despite skeptical Internet comments on LivingstonDaily.com, The Michigan Group proved their market dominance once again Sunday with a successful home buyer's seminar based upon The Wizard of Oz.
Over 30 energetic members of The Michigan Group along with tax and mortgage professionals from Michigan United Mortgage energetically entertained more than a dozen first time home buyers with food, drinks, and plenty of timely information.
Presenters were peppered with questions from the audience, some obviously eager to own their first home. Afterwards, maps were given out to 33 Open Houses. All homes were priced below $180,000. Several participants are working on pre-approval with Michigan United Mortgage.
Why the Wizard of Oz?
- The Wizard of Oz: The Michigan Group agents realize the Internet curtain was pulled back and will show you their true selves in your next real estate transaction.
- The Cowardly Lion: The Michigan Group agents will have the courage to tell you the truth. And present all the Facts of Record in your next transaction to get the best deal.
- The Scarecrow: The scarecrow believed he needed a brain. When in reality, all he needed was a knowledgeable and skilled The Michigan Group agent. The Michigan Group agents believe in themselves and their experience to negotiate the best deal for you and your family.
- The Tin Woodsman: At The Michigan Group, our agents found their compassion and care for you and your family.
- Dorothy: Dreams of visiting far off lands, (moving from Michigan) but when she gets there she realizes there's no place like home. Michigan's a place where everyone's safe, loved, and warm. We can help you relocate back home to the Water Winter Wonderland!
