ugh....every time I think I have gotten the latest and greatest gadget something new comes out to drive me crazy
I would be very interested in understanding the applications you find for an iPad as a Realtor. Are there APPS that are worthwhile. Before I make the invesment I want to make sure it is useful to me in the field.
Jeff, I know a lot of individuals share your pain. I always wait for the second release because that's when they work out the quinks and not to mention, they always add new features.
Kim, there are many applications that would help you in your business. E-signature can be done right on the iPad. The new version is coming with a camera. It also has many office applications. It's just like walking with a very small computer. Imagine pulling up a listing and showing photos to your clients. Much larger screen than the iPhone.

Hi Indera. Yes I bought 2 the first day they came out and then I bought the 3g version also-use it for weverything-little leery of the new one-will see how it tests out

Hi Indera; I was disappointed not 4g either. But kind of silly as don't yet have 4g in my area yet anyway! There's always a better one coming out - so you could wait forever. Still haven't bought one, but just don't use my older tablet much now. Too slow to boot up and also awkward.
