Hi Lance, how strong is the market there for properties in this price range?
The higher end market is a tough one still, here are the sales figures - condos - since January 1 2011
0 - 100k = 7
100k - 200k = 16
200k - 300k = 11
300k - 400k = 2
400k - 500k = 1
500k - 600k = 0
600k - 700k = 1
700k - 800k = 0
800k - 900k = 1
900k - 1,000,000 = 1
over $1,000,000 = 0
