     Joe, I will say it's so, Darrenkamp's Market has enhanced my Real Estate career ! In fact I now consider it my Real Estate farm. Let me explain. The average real estate agent enters the business with a much too small Sphere of Influence(S.O.I.) ! They are therefore forced to make a lot of uncomfortable cold calls to complete strangers. One approach taught to real estate newbies is to farm a specific neighborhoodto build up the S.O.I.. Without quickly increasing this group numerically a real estate has less chance than a dinosaur to survive! Once finally through this difficult learning curve a real estate agent has to maintain continual contact with both their S.O.I. and past clients .

     Enter Darrenkamp's Market , Willow Street,PA . I have told numerous real estate classes that I can accomplish all of my necessary past client follow up by merely changing my shopping habits. I've found that if I visit Darrenkamp's between 4-8 times per week at different time slots , I continually am seeing key people who interact with my real estate practice. Additionally numerous times I've bumped into a friend who introduced me to yet another Darrenkamp's customer who discovered I'm a Realtor.

     As far as making more trips to Darrenkamp's goes, that's no problem. Every visit is further confirmation that Darrenkamp's Market is a "customer centered" business establishment filled with friendly people. The Darrenkamp's Team goes to great lengths to make your shopping experience something that makes you want to keep coming back ! It is truly a good representation of all that makes Lancaster living a sought after experience.

Mike's not bull-sh!tting, I had "real estate sales" with Mike in Enola, PA about a month ago and everyday for lunch he insisted on having lunch at the "Sure-Fine" grocery store....

Only on the last day did his friend Don Hess and I get him to "up-grade" to the "Dairy Queen".

Mike, great post.  My "local farm" is a similiar grocer/restaurant where, just like the show "Cheers" everybody knows your name.  I have had more listings recently via bumping in to someone at that restaurant or grocery shopping than any other method of advertising :-)

I't amazing how many people you run into shopping. There are times it takes an extra 45 minutes to get through the store and sometimes I forgot that I went in for. I kind of got into a rut and haven't mixed up my shopping schedule and it rather unproductive. I need to mix it up and get farming...
