Bob: Looks like you have some great properties available. I wish there was something like that here in the mountains. Our developers still have a ways to go to focus on housing for active seniors.

Yes, Leisure World of Maryland is the premier Senior Citizen (55+) in Montgomery County Maryland.

It has been around for over 40 years now, and not one Special Assessment to the residents during that time.

I got three phone calls today, but they seem to over look the (55+) age restriction.

The rent covers Condo Fee. This unit is also on the market for Sale ar $174,000; by my partner.

I have another apartment coming on the Market shortly FOR RENT. This unit is a two bedroom, and this one will include utilities (short of phone) too; along with basic cable. I anticipatate the rent to be $1350.
