I am curious to hear if anyone is using Yelp as a marketing tool. My experience has been that property owners and managers have found me on Yelp - more than I expected. I have curtailed my efforts in using Yelp for a couple of reasons that I will discuss in a future post.

I'm using Yelp, but not that many folks around here (North Carolina) are using Yelp. It's big out your way, but not so big here.

Maybe MerchantCircle or Superpages.  Yelp is used, but mostly people just use Google it seems.

Hey Tom.  Looking through some of your old posts...trying to find the top 50 directories so I can bookmark for some new people I'm teaching on here.

Anyway, we are on Yelp and I think I've gotten a few customers from there. But, the bigger win is Kuszu and I've had several call me and several from there that I can see directly went to my site and then filled out a free consultation request.  HGTV now has Kudzu fed into their website and I think that is helping...so they go HGTV to Kudzu to my site (and sometimes call along the way or after they reach my site.
