Love of family is just one of many gifts that are included in "The Ultimate Gift."  We decided to share our "gift of family" with you. It's important to us to love them individually and collectively, and to share our love with others...and maybe a bit of self-indulgence to show off all of these handsome folks because we are very proud of them and all of their accomplishments.

This photo was taken during March of this year during a family reunion at Nimitz Beach. We cherished every moment because it's a rare occasion for this many of us to be together at one time. It was especially memorable since Bruce's cancer was in remission, he had regained his ability to speak, return to work and enjoy a martini once again!

So who are all of these folks?

Front row:  Jacob (grandson), Rob (son), Cathy (daughter) and Catie Grace (granddaughter)Second row: Stacy (sister-in-law), Bunny (cousin), Jeanne (daughter), Linda, and BruceBack row:  Anthony (grandson), oops-Michelle's brother, Michelle (daughter-in-law), Chuck (son-in-law), Ray (son-in-law), and Molly (granddaughter)

If I had not married Bruce I would not have any of these wonderful people in my life. His children are from a previous marriage, but I claim them as my own.  Since I do not have children this has enriched my life tremendously and the addition of grandchildren has enhanced my life even more. I melt when one of them calls me "Tutu Linda." Some of our most precious moments are sharing memories with them, wondering how they will develop and what kind of people they will become. Without my love for Bruce I would not have experienced the additional gift of family!

Love comes in infinite forms, but love of family is one of the ultimate gifts one can receive. We are truly blessed and eternally grateful for these gifts. May all of you be blessed with the "gift of love."

We continue to thank all of you for your support and prayers.

Linda and Bruce - Your family is beautiful.  In today's day and age, it is very difficult to get an entire family in one spot at the same time.  I'm glad you were able to pull it off.

 I hope you're both feeling well....Nancy

I second what others have said.  How did you get them all in one spot.  I struggle to get my three knuckle heads at a dinner table and we live within 12 miles of each other!

Linda and Bruce,

Nice family, and the reunion must have been even more special since you were at a healthier time then.  My thoughts are still with you both.

Linda & Bruce, that is one big beautiful family and you got them all together at the same time!  Like Chris, I can't seem to get mine all together anymore.

I hope Bruce is continuing to heal  --  you both are still in my prayers.

Tutu Linda and Bruce-Thanks for sharing the family picture.  Did you guys rent some of the beach cabins at Nimitz Beach for the family reunion?  If so, that must have been a great setting for that event.  Aloha and I look forward to seeing a progress report soon about Bruce.

Linda, I hadn't seen this post or heard any news on Bruce so I came looking.  What a wonderful beautiful picture and family.  You inspire me.  Both of you do.  Keep the faith, and we are praying for you.

David, Kate, Judi, Sara, Debi and All:  It's terrific to hear from all of you. We really appreciate your comments and look forward to them. Our daughter, Jeanne, is here for a short visit. She arrived today and is spending the night with her Dad at the hospital. What a great gift she's given us...ever so grateful for a bit of time off. B's making progress healing, but needs positive reinforcement as he's down due to the time required to heal...it's more than expected. Aloha, L
