I love Crescent City, CA.  Crescent City has one of the most beautiful coast lines I have ever seen, comparable to Eureka, and Trinidad California, but very unique and very natural. 

Pebble Beach Drive is a drive along the Pacific Ocean like no other.  On the one side, there are very beautiful, uniquely build homes, most are two stories with many glass windows to help bring in the magnificient ocean views and beach front, on the other is the coast line itself. 

Then there is the famous Battery Point Light House where tourists and locals alike are able to walk across the sea water at low tide and wander around the hystoric light house and wonder about the stories and history that occured inside and during its time of glory. The next time you are driving up the California North Coast and cruzing through Humboldt and Del Norte Counties, be sure you stop into Crescent City and discover why it is such a great place to live.
