So many statistics are out there regarding how attractive people can get a job easier or make more money than others.
I hate the idea of that!
I so often find the "unnoticed" so beautiful after they open their mouth!
On the other hand, I sometime Puke in my Mouth after "speaking" with a very attractive person.
Why do looks affect us so much on first impression? Why do we pick a book off the cover? Some may say that looks are relative... but have you ever watched t.v. or movies? The "pretty" people are on.
So how does this relate to real estate? Hopefully you answer: "Laura, I think you should hire a young beefy assistant."
LOL - Hey, I would tell my husband that it's the price of business.
Ok back to the real world. It MATTERS because if your listings aren't the BEST OF THE BEST then you best be ready to give them away. Ever heard the Red Hot Chili Peppers Song: Give it away?:
"give it away, give it away, give it away now"
Ok - that's enough... it is a bit dirty :) BUT maybe that's why your dirty listings have to be "given away".
