I checked enrollment today, one more day of registration to go, and we have a home inspection training class that is near our maximum number of students -- not quite there but close. Anyone who is interested in taking a state approved fundamentals of home inspetion training course ASAP should consider taking this next class at Bellingham Technical College. It begins this coming Monday, February 28, 2011, on campus in Bellingham.

In this state anyone, regardless of background, must take a 120 hour fundamentals of home inspection training course and complete 40 hours of approved field training prior to being allowed to sit for the state exams. At BTC we have a fast-track program that takes you from start to finish through the class and, at this point, we have not had any student who completed the class, and took the state exam, fail in obtaining the home inspector's license.
