Homes in Medford MAAlthough The Boston Globe has just reported that foreclosures in Massachusetts increased 32% in 2010 over the rate of home foreclosures in 2009, Medford has bucked the trend. The Globe ranked the 10 cities with the highest increase in foreclosures and the 10 cities with the highest decrease in foreclosures. Medford came up on the right list – #4 of the 10 cities that had the highest decline in foreclosures. There was a 17% decline in foreclosures in Medford in 2010 for a total of 39 homes.
