It is also intended for the Northern California CRB (Certified Residential Brokers) Round-table Conference being held this week in Concord, California. Many CRB members will have the opportunity to learn about blogging and discover the benefits that can come from it. Brad, it's so easy to identify a good blogger vs a bad one. You are a good blogger. You see, I've been thinking of writing a similar post for those who are new to AR and to blogging, but I just couldn't put it in writing. I had all these thoughts and ideas but they never came out from my mind to the post. It's frustrating but I'm learning from the best! Thanks for the good post.

Thanks again everyone. Todays luncheon and round table discussions went really fast. I think I am going to get the IO award for todays sessions. IO = "Information Overload"! It as difficult to take my last 6-7 months experience here on AR, and share it with other CRB members in 15 minutes. I hope I was able to at least impart a small percentage of the benefits of blogging and doing it here on Active Rain. We had approx. 50 Brokers attend todays event. Whew!! I am exhausted! :-) Thanks for all the great comments and support. Maria, sorry your idea ended up on my post! :-) Just start writing, it'll get easier as you go, I Promise!! Thanks again all!

Brad, this is great, too! I wish I saw it before I sent out invites! I am overwhlemed with all of your tips but will try to do a little every day:-)

Debra - you can create your own custom invitations very easily or you can use the one provided by AR. Either way, inviting people to AR is like inviting them to the "Best Party" on the planet! Good luck with everything you do here. Don't be overwhelmed, just have fun and use the things that you feel will benefit you, your readers, your clients, and your business. There is so much information here provided by some of the best people in the business, it's easy to get that feeling of being over-whelmed, I understand! :-)

Roland - I hope to only get better as I will be surrounded by some of the BEST people in the industry including yourself. I couldn't ask for a better place to work, grow, build, and give of my time. I am truly looking forward to taking my Blog from a part-time, do the best I can, to a full-time, resource of valuable information to both members and communities all across this great nation. (sounds like I'm running for office a bit there huh?) LOL!~

Ntsike - This is a good start, it was really just setup to be my personal invitation post, you can see how long ago this was posted. I have to say, the links here are still going strong though, at least some of them anyway.
