Developer changes plans after neighbor input, an article from The Coloradoan, reports that David Summers, president of Lakeview Development Corp., made an effort to collect input about a 156-acre planned community on Boyd Lake and changed plans to address concerns.  Some of the new changes that are being re-submitted to the city of Loveland include some of the open space being moved from the center of the development to the outside and the housing on the southern peninsula has changed from multi-family to single-family houses. http://www.coloradoan.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070925/BUSINESS/709250311/1046&template=printart  

Law Would Keep IRS from Taxing Foreclosures, an article from Realtor Magazine Online, reports that the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee is considering legislation that would end the IRS's practice of classifying mortgage debt forgiven in a foreclosure as taxable income.  A committee vote on the legislation has been scheduled for this Wednesday.  NAT President Pat V.
