Pending is a great word, closed is better but pending is good.
In January, I encouraged my client to get a jump start and to list his home before spring
when we would have more competition... and he did list on January 16th.
Only 26 days later we had a ratified cash contract ready to close asap!
Both buyer and seller are motiviated and moving towards closing.
I am still wating for a few more of my potential listing to get that
jump start this year! Bring them on....
