I look at homes all day everyday. I see them from the time there just a lot til the time the homeowners have moved in and made it there own! I'm sure I told you all why I love homes and if not...let me divulge.
My Dad, bless his heart. He was a dreamer. He would drive around all the subdivisions that the SAINTS players lived in, because where I'm from, the more money someone has the less drapery they believe in, to see their homes. Call it stalking, I call it driving really slow to be safe and rubber necking! We wouldn't be looking in per say, but more at the home and the configuration and layout. We would also go to construction sites of everything-- from new construction to new apartment buildings-- just to see. From there...I found my love of looking at houses!
I have two favorites right now. One of which is my love. I absolutely love this home.
The layout and design is fabulous and the location is perfect. It situated at the end of a road flanked by a tree line on one side and across the street is a retention pond. The Lot is huge and the front porch is private from the neighbors.
The finishes are just right too. The dark hardwood floors, the darker cabinets with the creamy faux granite countertops. The fireplace has a nook above it to set your TV and fixings' perfectly. The windows let in so much light with great views of the lot!
My second favorite has beautiful curb appeal, I think the picture speaks for itself!
There is just something about this home that I live. The backyard has great views of woods too. The formal dining room could also be used as a formal living room, a cozy nook for an office and reading area, or even put glass French doors up and turn it into an extra ‘bedroom'. The master is my favorite with its humongous closet and windows that are perfectly spaced for a bed in-between them!
