Yesterday afternoon my husband Tony and I hosted an open house at our listing at 455 Carrioca Ct which is in the Catalina Isles subdivision of Merritt Island Florida.
What a wonderful success! When we arrived there was already another agent with some potential buyers for this great waterfront home. As a matter of fact about 10 minutes after they left this beautiful home in Catalina Isles, I received a call from him that they are coming back again today.
Merritt Island Florida is a great place to live and work. Not only do we have great boating and fishing, but we are only 5 minutes to world famous Cocoa Beach and 45 minutes to Disney World.
