The Trailside Subdivision in Cedar City is a newer subdivision that has twin homes (duplexes), they are very nice, they are newer built in 2006. They are two story twin homes. This has been a good, stable neighborhood since it was built. There is another phase in the subdivision that is townhouses that I will do a blog on as well.
This is subdivision that still has some lots that could be built on, and it is centrally located. There is currently only one home listed in our Multiple Lister Service for sale in the Trailside Subdivision, listed at $89K. Which really is a nice price.

As you can see they are very similiar to each other. The colors are the main difference.
