Cedar City Subdivision...Palmer Plus Subdivision....

The Palmer Plus Subdivision is another of our smaller subdivisions in terms of number of homes. It is located at the South side of Cedar City, East of Main Street. This is a subdivision that was built in the late 1970's and early 1980's. This is a subdivision made up of mainly single family detached homes with owner occupancy for the most part.

It is a nice, quiet subdivision that is tucked East of Main Street, but is still close to shopping and schools. There are currently two homes listed for sale in our Multiple Listing Service one at $99,000 the other at $145,000. It has been a fairly stable subdivision, with mature landscaping.

That first one looks like it could be a great home with a little yard clean up. Those large trees would be a natural air conditioner in the summer.
