An incredible image was captured last night when his path crossed (within 180 miles) the path of a Russian rocket.
This picture is as real as it gets, and was captured with an iphone. Launch time and coordinates were confirmed at spaceflight.com. "So it has to be" says my brother. Launch time was 0307 GMT on 26th Feb and 10:07 EST on 25th Feb. Launch site was Plesetsk Cosmodrome Russia. Image is complete with the noctilucent vapour trail.
