Mission Valley in San Diego has something for everyone.  Mission Valley is located about 10 minutes north east of Downtown SanDiego and only a few minutes from Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and La Jolla.  Sea World, one of San Diego's biggest attractions is 10 a short 10 drive from Mission Valle. 

Because of it’s central location, it is considered the Hub of San Diego.  It has a little over 27,000 residents with a median age of 31.  Average household income is $71,000.  Linbergh Field (airport) is 7 miles away, Maric Junior College is a 1 mile commute, and the San Diego Charges are 2 miles away.

If you are visiting the San Diego area, other than Downtown, Mission Valley is the Place to stay.  In the middle of this city there is an area called Hotel Circle.  Some of the hotels include the Comfort Inn, Travel Lodge, Courtyard by Marriott, DoubleTree, Kings Inn, Hawthorne Suites, Mission Valley Resort, and Ramada.

This area is also well known for it’s abundance of restaurant choices which include Mr. Peabody’s, The Cheescake Factory, Seau’s, Onami Restaurant, P F Changs China Bistro, On the Boarder Mexican Grill and Cantina, Hunter Steak House, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Kings Fish House,  and Pregos.

If location, resturants and beaches were not enough, Mission Valley is home to one of the top rated outdoor Malls in the United States – The Fashion Valley Mall.  There are high end shops everywhere which include Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales.  There is something for everyone – arts and craft shops, theaters, health and beauty, home décor, home furnishings, jewelry, luggage, music and electronics, restaurants, and toys and games.

Last but definitely not least are the Condos for Sale in Mission Valley.  They range in price from $100,000 to $400,000 depending on location, size and amentities.  Some of the more popular complexes include Escala, Cerro De Alcala, River Scene, Friars Mission, Rio Del Oro, Union Square, Mission Playmor, The Bridges, Kensington Park Villas, Courtyards, The Terraces,  Lido, and the Mission Walk.

As you can tell, Mission Valley has it all!
