Here....with my third annual Bold Predictions I will let you know ahead of time who will win the Playoffs and World Series.

You have my permission to bet the house on these incredible predictions:

American League:

AL East Champ:
Boston Red Sox

AL Cental Champ:
Minnissota Twins

AL West Champ:
L.A. Angles

Wild Card:
NY Yankees

AL Playoffs:

Red Sox over Angles and Twins over Yankees...Red Sox over Twins for AL Championship

National League:

NL East Champ:
Phillies

NL Central Champ:
Reds

NL West Champ:
Giants

Wild Card:
Rockies

NL Playoffs:

Giants over Reds and Phillies of Rockies...Phillies over Giants for NL Championship

World Series:

Red Sox over Phillies

Hey Lisa...I think the Phills are the class of the NL and they will out pitch the Giants...issue is they do not have the bullpen to match the Red Sox...big issue unless your closer can find his fastball again.

Jeffrey, bold prediction, I will flip it, I think that the Phillies just have too much starting pitching! I can see Blanton or Oswalt going to the pen in the Series, I do think Boston has a bullpen edge, but I think that the Phillies starters are stronger by quite a bit over the 'Sox.

Not a prediction but a wish. I would love to see another bay bridge series this year between the A's and Giants. Both teams will be good this year but I'm not holding my breath.
