River Mountain Mobile Estates

With the prices of homes still out of reach for some seniors, there is a great alternative to buying a condominium or renting, River Mountain Mobile Estates. This small, well maintained community of manufactured homes is located in the city of Henderson in the southeast.

While the community does not have any amenities per say, the association fees are very low ($23) and the community has been very well maintained. More importantly, the home owners own the land their manufacturered home resides on! The community is also age restricted.

What a great service to the community letting them know where they can go that is affordable. Can't believe the association fee...that is the best I've ever seen!

It is pretty low. The other similar community in Boulder City is around the same price. -Charles
