Thinking of Buying a Home in Central Virginia, Choosing an Agent May BE the Most Important Thing You Do

You have decided to buy a home.  You have thought long and hard about the decision, looked at your budget and decided that you are ready to buy a home.  As you are driving around you see a house that catches your eye and you stop and call the number on the sign. 

I want you to stop and think before you make that phone call.  I want you to call me for a buyer consultation before you look at your first home.

As your real estate agent I will provide you with the following services for your purchase of your next home. 

I will meet with you one on one and learn about your needs.  We will talk about price range, locations desires, the must have list and the do not want list.  We will then check the MLS against this list.  I can show you any home listed for sale. 

We will do a contract review.  I like to get the scary stuff out of the way before you find a home that you want to buy.  We will discuss price, terms, the things you need to know.  You will be required to put a deposit on the contract, we will want to confirm that you have that amount.  You will probably choose to do inspections on the home, you will need to be prepared to pay for that, I want to make sure that you are prepared for that.  This is all before you find a home.

We will go home shopping.  We will look at everything that might work!  I will make sure that you know your options, that you believe when you have chosen your home that you have the best home for you.

I will make sure that you get the best lender, the best attorney to help you along the way.  These 2 components of the house buying process are so important.  So many things need to be handled for your protection, you will not leave this up to chance.

I will try my best to make home buying fun. We will have a good time while looking.  We can do that because we got the scary stuff out of the way!
