MUMMS the WORD!

I believe this is my favorite time of year! The "Fall Colors" are about to show up in Charlottesville Virginia!
Be ready for some WOW moments.

I want to thank all of my clients this year that bought or sold real estate in our area!

Today I got to do one of my favorite things. I spent the day (with my wife) dropping off Pumpkins and MUMMS to all my clients. Well not all of them....Tomorrow I will be continuing because the list is a little long (I feel like Santa).... Errrr,,, I am starting to look like him too!

Several clients where home and I got in a little visit, but the fun is when they get home from work and see this surprise on their doorstep!

I know several of my clients read my BLOG and if you did not get your surprise today, do not worry it is on its way!

Awesome pose there Charles! Don't you just love those pop by presents? I have more fun leaving them then my clients have receiving them, at least I think I do. (If you want to see a walking Santa, I should show you a pic of my hubby. Silver hair and beard...very cute :-)

KRIS - Is there a reason your name is "KRIS"??? like in KRINGLE?

K&R - no I did not grow them, my thumb is not that green!

LOL.. I just had to ask, mine isn't as green as it used to be either. I think it has something to do with all the gray hair.

Keith (not Robin) - Gray or lack of? At least in my case!

Hey Charles. I bet it is alot of fun giving all of those pumpkins out. What a great way to see your sphere. I also agree with you regarding the time of year. Not only the fall colors, and the temp change. But if you are a baseball fan, as I am the playoffs are coming, you have football as well. Oh what a great time of year! Thanks for sharing with us.

Charles - That is a great idea for this time of year. Do you have any other nuggets for other holidays?

Charles, Pumpkins are fun. Arthur and I did it for years in one subdivision of about 800 homes - it generated a lot of business. It would not be pratical for us to try it on clients - we have them throughout the area from Stafford north to Leesburg in the west, Watch out - we may be in Charlottesville soon the way the area is growing, Karen

Charles, this was a great idea on your part, using a post to say thank-you to clients!

If you ever retire from real estate, you have a career waiting for you in agriculture..you could open a Farmer's Market and sell your produce!

I love adding the mums to the delivery, it's something for the adults as well. Kind of sucks here in Florida I really cant do pumpkin delivery til the end of the month since our pumpkins just get mushy and create a big mess on your porch. But mums will last.
