that is good stuff.....I negotiate short sales for agents (have for the past 6+ years), and, tehse guys have some good stuff.
I still woner why ANY agent would deal with short sale negotiations if they do not have to.....why not work with someone who is a seasoned pro, and, knows the ins and outs of getting short sales to CLOSING.
Agents - your time is certainly better spent finding BUyer and Sellers, NOT dealing with the banks!!!
