Steve: They just started displaying like this and obviously this is a very popular community for investors to purchase in with all the rentals!
Kristin: It means a place for your dog to go pee because the backyards are too small, LOL! Actually it is just a little open area with grass and sometimes benches or BBQ areas. Depends on the community. In this community it is grass and a doggy poo bag station + trash can!
