18 Comments on Newsletter & Update - Special Guest's are Coming in March
Hey all - This was my first attempt at creating a "newsletter style" blog post so please forgive me if it doesn't turn out right. If it does turnout, and all the links and everything work, then I'll do another blog post showing you how I did it.
This could be a great monthly tool to provide to your regular blog readers....
BTW - Hope you'll join us for some of these March webinars, these guests and speakers are truly extraordinary. Thanks. :-)

Brad - Looks ok to me and a cool idea for a post. I usually do my newsletter and just posted it when I saw this come up.. will be interested to see your post tomorrow.. hope all is better by you my friend from the other coast....
Brad if anyone can turn out a great Newsletter it is you. Great Directions you are heading to. I like the idea. If we can not make it to the webinar could you record it and we could see it at our convenience?

Hi Brad - Your newsletter layout is quite nice. However, I find that the graphics with the guests' bios are too small to easily read the text. I realize that you can click on them to read the text on the linked website but many people may not realize it.
I should start attending some of the Zillow seminars. They look quite interesting.
Hi Brad! One of your reps encouraged me to start collecting agent reviews. It's amazing the difference a few reviews can make. I learn something each time I speak to one of your reps. Wish I could say this about every vendor I do business with!

Robert - I'm still in Seattle, probably won't get that post out till next week. It really easy and I see it worked. :-)
Endre - thanks, I do try and record them all. They'll be posted as soon as I find a universal and versatile player.
Vickie - I think posting a monthly update or newsletter on just about any topic would be great for readers. I was going to do a Tech-Sites update but with Jared, Gary, and Stefan coming this month, this one just made more sense. The classes are filling up quickly so I'm glad I went with this one instead.
Maria - I'll share how I did this in a post coming soon, and yes, that is my son over on that video. (proud dad here) Your Clapton comment will make him very happy, thanks.
Marc - I noticed that too, and you are absolutely correct. An improvement I'll work on for the next one. The actual newsletter that was emailed out to 1000 subscribers was full size and much more legible. Hope you'll join the mailing list and join us for some of these great speakers. Thanks.
Doug - we spent a good deal of time talking about reviews in our meeting yesterday too. It really does make a huge difference having those reviews and ratings on your profile. Now you can share them anywhere with the new widget too.

Hey Gary - this is not a Zillow newsletter, it's my own test concoction to see if this would work. This actually was emailed out to ONLY those who have ever attended a ZA webinar, or who subscribed to get a monthly newsletter/update. This was the very first one. Now that I know it can be embedded into a post, I'll be showing everyone how they can do this too. It was a bit challenging at first, but I think I figured out all the secrets now. I'll post it as soon as I get a chance to come up for air! lol~
BTW - Zillow does have a different newsletter that goes out to members too. :-)

Brad, my goal this week and I have two days left... is to get ALL 5 reviews added to my profile ;) as my Rep, (jesse) told me... I have 50% of my city here in Southern CA and quite pleased already!

This is awesome! I am already using Agent Reputation widget on my webiste! Signed up for your class on YouTube and DARN it - had to miss it!!! Is there any way i can view recording of it. I will be a constant fixutre in your ecucational series!! Using youtube channel to promote listing and neighborhoods since 2 weeks ago! got an offer on the property within 8 days. Others comment on how great it is to see "real" streets and feel the neighborhood!
