Juniper Knolls Subdivision is another of our mature subdivisions. It is located just South of the Palmer Plus Subdivision in the same part of the city. It is near most everything and offers quiet streets, and mature landscaping. The homes were built in the 1970's for the most part and are what we would call a ranch style homes.

This is a fairly stable subdivision there are currently no homes listed for sale in the subdivision.

That first one looks more like a church building that an home. Are there a lot that look like that in that area?

Todd, there are a few, this is the only one that is brick that I can think of off the top of my head. The picture makes it look a lot bigger than it really is. I am guessing that this is a 1200 square foot home.
