I just have to put my feelings into a blog this afternoon. It's a little like writing in a journal I suppose. I have moved to a new Real Estate office, Simply Vegas. The building is so beautiful, the agents are amazing and the brokers/owners, well, they are AWESOME.
I have been a RE/MAX agent for a number of years, buying and selling Real Estate with clients for over a decade. I have also been a Summerlin Real Estate Professional for years. Our Las Vegas housing market currently consists of short sale listings but I do have a few standard typical house sales, that are priced right. I am currently working with buyers too. There are multiple great deals out there and many of my clients have opted to buy new homes. Which I would like to share a little helpful information here: New home builders have their own sales agents within the housing track that are working for the builder. As a buyer you should go into the new housing tracts with a Real Estate professional. It is of no expense to you and you will have representation which is very important when purchasing a home.
I truly enjoy selling Real Estate, always have and always will. It is a large wonderful part of my life. I feel very blessed to be in the new office that is full of fun professional people. I am HOME.
