Marcus, with so much in grants, why wouldn't you buy a home in Virginia.  Wish they had those grants when I lived in Virginia Beach.

Hi Marcus!  Are these grants still available today?  Can you get the same amount of grant money if you want a home in the Henrico County area?  What is the credit score needed for FHA Loans now? Thanks
