- A fresh coat of paint on the interior walls & ceilings can do wonders and give it a fresh clean look. Be sure to use a neutral color though, to appeal to the most buyers.
- Fix the little things. Loose door knobs, sliding doors or screens that are off the track & missing hardware, burnt out light bulbs or whatever other loose ends you need to fix. Now is the time to take care of these things.
