Hi Rebecca!  I wish I could.  I will be holding an Open House for both weekends.  If you and Victoria are in Linville STOP IN!  It isn't technically on the tour but I'll be there!!!!  Hope to see you and still hold that invitation open for a cup of coffee sometime....
