KWFR 2011 Breakout Session - Accountability to Success

This particular break out session was pretty powerful. I am not just saying that because my team leader/rain maker Luis Fernandez was speaking on the panel. I got the opportunity to hear from other Real Estate professionals around the country how coaching has changed their businesses. We doubled our business last year and are on track to meet our goals this year (which are pretty darn aggressive). We all need someone to hold us accountable and push us to do our absolute best. We all could use a little tough love sometimes. Think about this way, all of the best professional athletes have coaches. Even really bad athletes have coaches. Lol.
