What REALTORS will do for thier Clients!

By
Real Estate Agent with Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage

Last week, I helped the most adorable first time home-buyers put in their second bid on a distressed property.  Since they lost the first offer in a multi-bid situation you can imagine how anxious they were toWhat REALTORS will do for thier clients make sure they got this home.

Driving to the office in rush hour traffic from Jacksonville Florida, I was CREAMED in a rear end collision. Knowing how much the couple wanted this home, and that we were sure that there would be another multiple bid situation (as is most all great deals here in St. Augustine) I delayed medical treatment as there was no time, you know how long an emergency room wait is.  All I kept thinking about was I have to get to the office and write the contract for these kids.

I found out the next morning when I went to the ER that my right wrist was fractured and had whiplash.  Good news is, their offer was on this home in St. Augsutine was accepted and there is only one mortgage on the property to be negotiated in the short sale.

Question, am I crazy- or is this what a great REALTOR does for their customers?

Marjorie,

A little crazy and possibly a little desperate. This market seems to bring out both in all of us. Good luck with the injuries.
