Condo prices stable

The median sales price for condos in January was $131,900 according to the Florida Association of Realtors. It appears as though prices have stabalized as 2009 had a year end median of $125,400 and 2010's was $123,500 with around 800 more sales than 2009. Now is time for snow birds to start purchasing that villa, coach home or high rise that they have been saving for, especially if they are looking under $200,000 as there is less inventory in that price point than the last two years.
