How to Brighten & Bring Light a Family Room without a Lamp?
During these sometimes dreary days of Winter it's important to have a Family Room show as light, bright and big as possible. Even in the San Francisco Bay Area we have our share of dark and/or rainy days at this time of year!
While working with sellers I try to find ways to brighten....lighten....and show rooms as large as possible. At times that I can do that without adding any "lamps"!
This Family Room in Danville was transformed into this shinning example:

All it took was:
- Changing the Drapery Panels from Brown to Bright White
- Painting the Fireplace same as wall Color
- Painting the bookcase white
- Packing the books, movies etc
- Moving the chair to NOT block the doorway
- Removing all the dark speakers....all 5 of them
- Adding Bright art and bookshelf accessories
- And.....VISION
