12 Comments on Should I Start Looking Now For Next Year?
You can start looking now, but you cannot order yet - until I get to give them the stamp of approval. We need to get some that are big enough to actually read the dates on this time. Last year's calendars need a magnifying glass to read what the date it. I hate that. Of course - my eyes are not what they used to be.
Realtor Rally should be fun. Can we just go through twice this year instead of three times. I mean really, how much free hand sanitizer do you really need????
You know...I don't know about when you should order them, but I like you DO order them. Back in the day when my husband and I were buying our first home, our Realtor sent us calendars every year after the purchase. When we went to sell, we called him again as his calendar was a nice reminder of him. He then CONTINUED to send them to us even though we were out of state. Well, wouldn't you know, we moved back and used him a THIRD time. But you know what? He stopped sending them and we keep saying "why did he stop sending us calendars?" He did a great job and then dropped the ball!

Hi Shannon, I wonder, is your past realtor still in business? Maybe he discover your passion for real estate and got out of the business. Maybe he cut his budget. Maybe he....... would be interesting to find out. Thanks for your comments.
Hi Will, it is always fun to look for items for 2012 and I am impressed that you know what your budget is for next year already. Good for you. I agree with Belinda...make sure to purchase calendars that you can read. My calendars were too small in print this year.
He is still in the business...not sure what happened. I should email him and ask him :)
Will, Realtor Rally will be fun to see what new and innovative marketing tools are available! You do need to get calendars you can actually READ!

Hi Will, Go ahead and order any calendar any time that you want. Just charge it to Belinda's Nordstrom Account and she won't even notice it. The only calendar that I use is on my iPhone. Best wishes always.

Will, I have ordered them from House of Magnets and Magnet Street -- whoever can give the best deal -- I think my 2010 calendars were 22 cents for one particular calendar which I happened to really like so ordered it and this year my 2011 calendars I think were about 30 cents or 32 cents -- I used to do the large wall calendars, but am not sure how many people still use a large wall calendar, so I switched to tear-off calendars -- they seem to be equally effective and you can order a lot more of them for the price! Also, I like that you can have "business cards" printed up just for the calendar tops and the cards can say anything you like. Or you can get a set of cards made up for sellers, buyers, prospects you meet during the year or whatever. Hope that makes sense.
