Want Prospects to Open Your "Junk Mail?" Here's How To Do It!

Here's a nice little tip when targeting FSBO's, Expired and the like.  I go out and take a digital photo of the exterior of the prospects home and load it in their Top Producer file.  I then have a TP envelope template that prints this photo in the top left corner of the envelope I am sending to them.  Under the picture is a statement that says something to the effect of, "Yes - It's Your Home."   I don't care who you are.  If you get an envelope with your own house featured on the front of it, you're going to open it up!  If you work in a market where your prospects are getting tons on letters, this just might be enough to give you a slight edge.  www.TheHollowayTeam.com
