Best Heating and Air Conditioner Service & Install Guy in Atlanta GA  – Marc Hull of Hull Services - Atlanta & Buckhead, GA Recommended Vendor Series by Michelle Francis, Realtor

Almost everyday our phone rings where folks ask who we would recommend for this or that task. Being in Atlanta, Buckhead & Sandy Springs Real estate sales, executive leasing and property management business, Tim Francis Realty see more than the average share of needed repairs and updates. It's critical to have a good team of go to people in place and we do. In this series, we are continuing to highlight folks Tim Francis Realty have had good success with and would use again.

Marc Hull first helped us repair a non-working Heating system for one of our properties we manage about four years ago.  We were given his name by our good friends Laura and Michael.  Since then, we have had him work on many systems as well as replace about a dozen HVAC components or whole systems.   He’s put in two of the three HVAC systems in our own home, a new basement system just two months ago.

We’ve recommended him to countless clients, friends and neighbors and he’s got a lot of raving fans.  He is very knowledgeable, takes pride in his work and offers a valuable service for working on HVAC systems or replacing them. 

Probably the best thing I can say about him is that I completely trust him to be straightforward and honest on what needs to be done.  We’ve worked with other companies before and had less than pleasant experiences where they were trying to up-sell you into buying a new system.  When Marc says the home needs a new system, I believe him.   He also handles the repairs in a manner which we really appreciate and has handled warranty issues on machines that weren’t his install, but truly taking care of a customer.

Besides offering excellent licensed HVAC services, we have found he is a great value for the high quality of work you get.  Also, you know WHO you are going to get to service or install your system, as opposed to a big shop, where you might get a decent person, or the new guy.  His lovely wife Gretchen handles the billing and invoicing for him.
