Compared to January figures, Single Family Home listings had a small increase and a small decrease in sales. In Multi-Family homes, both listings and sales were down compared to January. In Palm Beach County for single family homes and multi-family homes, listings were up and sales were up over January numbers. Overall change was negliable.
