I got a question

By
Real Estate Sales Representative with Urban Nest Realty

Is anybody worked with e-mail marketing. I saw the ad for e-mail marketing, they promise that they going to give you 5000 e-mails. How it is works? I am a new agent so I wonder is it works or not?Can you have some leads or just waste of money?

Aneta,

First off, WELCOME to the Active Rain Real Estate Network!  This is a great community of talented people.

Regarding email marketing, I do that using Constant Contact, but I don't buy leads.

I collect business cards, sign up for junk mail, and do everything in my power to build my email list.  Constant Contact makes it easy for anyone to unsubscribe, so almost no one ever does.  I wouldn't spend the money, but the idea of email marketing works well, especially when the person getting the email is reminded that they met you sometime, somewhere...

If you're like me, you probably have a junk drawer with stacks of old business cards that you collected once upon a time, intending to do something with them.  This would be the something.

I remember someone talking about a company called, Home source or something like that.  I'll see if I can find out.  She did get leads from it.

Have you tried doing craigs lists ads?  It's free, with the Wells Fargo new low credit score you might be able to convert renters into buyers for free.  My new team member has been successful with that.
