There used to be a time when closing gifts were often exchanged.....is that a thing of the past? Realtors used to have cute little tokens of appreciation for customers that have just bought or sold a home and many, many times customers would purchase small gifts for their Realtor.
Just wondering if this is something that you do or don't do for your customers? In this more technology advanced age we keep ourselves in the "virtual eye" of our customers via email or postal mailings. Do you still have closing gifts or did you ever?
