Absolute accuracy cannot be validated. Figures used are extracted from a variety of reports run through MLS

Agent access. List to Close ratios are not disclosed as price reductions are not consistently included in the list to  close ratios. While researching my last   I was overcome with desire to see what trend or general

tracking we could do regarding homes sales pre-Kat, year of the Kat, and the year post Kat. From this we may

be able to draw our own market predictions. I would appreciate any reader participating in this exercise. The

current year's trend in respect to 2005 and 2004 are revealed in the blog accessible by the hyperlink above.

*Note: Harrison County includes: 06-Pass Christian, 07-Long Beach, 08-Gulfport N., 09-Gulfport SW, 10-Gulfport SE, 11-Harrison County W., 12-Saucier/Lizana, 14-Bioxi, 15-Biloxi N., 16-D'Iberville, 17-Woolmarket/Harrison County East.

This is VERY general information. Specific reports available upon request.
