Don't know if it is due to compiling Stats for February--so soon past--or if it is the Nature of the stats; whatever was involved, we have the results in Housing for Macomb Co. for January 2011.

As you can see, we have some interesting numbers listed for January 2011;
The "Area" determines the totals at least in Median sales Price [the last column];

The chart also had % Differences; Sales Volume; & total County numbers minus the county median Prices.

Suffice it to say, that I see some improvements above;
Some areas show growth in most areas--but it is important to state that the majority are the largest individual areas in the County as a whole.

This county was hit hard by the Automotive related job losses;
Any improvement in Home Sales IS an improvement;
Is it enough?  NO! BUT it is an improvement.

Charts are dry & uninteresting most of the times---Am interested in the February changes for 2011;
Wish they were out sooner than usual.  Stay Tuned.
