Jeff, That park has one of the area's biggest lakes. VERY popular with the boating types, and there's a boat ramp within 2-3 miles of this home. What more does anyone need? :)

Is it me, or does this property offer an excellent opportunity to own a property in mint condition at an extremely competitive price!?! Don't expect this one will be available for long!!!!
