You should be careful - it's against the law to use copyrighted music on your videos AND on your website, which you are doing.  You could be subject to some significant fines and/ or lawsuits.  

Fred, I appreciate your comment. I use one main music by a composer who has created music using synthesizers and computers. He makes his music available for FREE download from his website. Other than that, the few music that I have used for background are ones that I've purchased and that are Open Source.

The PLAYLIST music is from another Open Source that's commonly available on the internet. Search PlayList on your own. Are those Playlist websites and the Playlist themselves illegal to create and use? And if so, why exactly?

I'm not familiar with PLAYLIST music , but it should tell you if you have a license to use it commercially or if it is royalty free wherever you download it from.  You just have to be very careful these days....

Fred, the PLAYLIST is like a "jukebox" on the internet that companies have created to draw viewers to their sites. You select the songs/music that you like on their sites and whamo - a personal favorites of music on a "jukebox" is created on their sites. They give you the info to take that favorites music "jukebox" and load it onto other public (like MySpace, YouTube, etc.) and/or private websites to listen to the music. There is NO downloading of those music as I understand it because all the info is on their site like a radio station at the fingertip. It's merely providing like a Radio channel to play ones favorite music on the internet on demand. Go at it and have fun. Its incredible all those music that you've listened to many decades ago now can be on one's personal virtual "jukebox" to play any time.
