We have just completed and posted a 1/2 hour PowerTalk interview with Mark Ottinger of St. Louis, MO.  Mark is a veteran of the REO/Foreclosure business, and he shares his experience, along with tips and suggestions on how to get started working with banks to list foreclosure and bank owned properties.
