In the month of February, six homes closed in the community of Heritage, located in Fort Worth, Texas. These homes ranged in price from $129,000-$375,000. The home that sold for $129,000 was a three bedroom, two bathroom foreclosure with 2114 square feet. This is an excellent buy considering that just a few years ago, homes in Heritage started in the $140K + range! The home that sold for $375,000 was a four bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom with a pool in the Bluffs section of Heritage with almost 4600 square feet. This home was also a foreclosure most likely due to decreases in values over the past few years. In fact, three of the six sales mentioned were foreclosures.
There are currently approximately 87 homes available in Heritage in Fort Worth, Texas. These homes range in price from $144,900 to $639,995 for the former Toll Brothers model home. Heritage is a wonderful master planned community with pools, parks, playgrounds, and walking trails.
